This program is completely tailored to your individual needs. After a thorough initial consult and health questionnaire, we will work side by side creating a work out plan with nutrition guidelines that work for you! This program is meant to teach you how to sustain a healthy lifestyle; anyone can crash diet to fit in a dress, but then what? For the women with PCOS, we focus on resistance/weight training with no gym required! Dumbbells and resistance bands are highly recommended, but not required. I can offer you gym plans, home plans, or you can change it up! This is all for you!
For the 12 Week PCOS Challenge, you will receive:
- An initial skype or phone consultation with me to discuss your needs, concerns, answer questions and get to know each other better
- Personalized Macros calculated for your needs and what works best for women with PCOS
- Full custom workouts (either home or gym, or both whatever works best for you!) for the full 8 weeks! (mostly resistance and HIIT which is the best for us cysters! )
