I’m probably the last person anyone thought would become a health and fitness and self forgiveness coach. I spent my life waiting for the perfect body to be happy. But that’s all I did, was wait.
Here’s the thing, we think that having the perfect body is going to be the magic answer for everything. I can promise you it’s just not true. Life is always going to take effort, overcoming challenges and pushing through self doubt regardless of your weight, so you might as well do it now.
I started coaching because I see so many women waiting on a smaller size or a different circumstance to get or deserve what they want, and I’m here to be a voice that says to stop that sh*t. Sometimes you just have to be brave with your life and understand that you are in control of everything that happens to you. So why not live bravely? The crazy thing when you start living and stop treating health like a punishment, you begin to see it is more about how you FEEL, not how you look.
My coaching approach is focused on a balance of teaching you healthy, helpful ways to make your body work and feel good first, look good second.
So many programs start with fitness and nutrition, and the mental health, self care and support aspects are missing or secondary.
I believe the base of any program should START with support and mental health.
I work with women from all over the world to help them learn how to workout to FEEL good and treat your body right, how to use flexible dieting to teach you intuitive eating, and to embrace the journey and let go of the constant fixation on numbers, weight and size.
